外壳具有刻度,外径为17.8 mm (0.70英寸),可兼容16 mm笼式系统。外壳的平坦面用作参考面。轴向小刻度间隔为1 mm,主刻度间隔为5 mm(仅RCR50x-P01)。RCR25x-P01和RCR50x-P01准直器径向刻度的增量为10°。

Thorlabs带保护层银膜的反射式准直器基于90°离轴抛物面(OAP)反射镜。与透镜不同,有保护层银膜反射镜的焦距在450 nm到20 µm波长范围内(详情请看规格标签)保持不变且提供高反射率。由于这种固有属性,抛物面反射镜准直器不需要调节就能准直不同波长的光,因此非常适合用于可见和红外波段的多色光。由于设备内OAP反射镜的定向,这些反射式准直器具有纤细的设计,如右图所示。
常见应用包括准直单模或多模光纤发出的多色光、将多色光耦合到单模或多模光纤中。准直单模或多模光纤跳线发出的光时,光纤的数值孔径(NA)应≤0.19或 ≤0.11,以防RCR25x-P01或RCR50x-P01准直器外壳阻挡光。请注意,一般而言,多模光纤发出的光无法很好地准直。关于优化光纤耦合的详细信息,请看准直教程标签。
用于制造离轴抛物面反射镜的金刚石车削工艺可以实现< 100 Å RMS的表面粗糙度,因此最大程度减少了反射镜表面的散射(< 2% @ 633 nm)。
RCR25x-P01和RCR50x-P01反射式准直器外壳可以直接安装到SM05透镜套管安装座或通过SP03笼板或SC6W笼式立方集成到16 mm笼式系统中。详细信息请查看安装选项标签。25.4 mm和50.8 mm RFL的准直器有径向刻度,刻度增量为10°,而50.8 mm RFL的准直器还有轴向刻度,刻度间隔为1 mm。
Thorlabs还提供其他适用于不同NA的带保护层银膜的反射式准直器和一系列适用于250 - 450 nm波长范围的镀紫外增强型铝膜的反射式准直器。
用于反射式准直器的光纤跳线
Thorlabs提供单模、保偏或多模光纤跳线,用于耦合和准直应用。如果我们标准产品中没有您应用所需的光纤跳线,Thorlabs还提供可当天发货的定制光纤跳线。
RCRxxP-P01和RCRxxA-P01准直器分别有2.2 mm宽键FC/PC或FC/APC接头。宽键兼容宽键和窄键接头;但是,在宽键槽中使用窄键接头时,接头在匹配套管中稍有转动。
